hi Danling. thank you for your complement. to clarify what I meant by "hate"-ing the asian accent, most of the time (at least in the states) asian accents are rediculed. European accents are rather perceived as unique. Personally I think it's horse sh*t... anyway... I came to US when I was 10, and I remember I sounded very much like you until few years ago. I've been in the US for 19 yrs now. It took minor adjustment to improve my accent. We tend to "slur" the speech. Each word should be pronounced distinctively, but when we (asians) speak, we tend to slur the words (sounds "lazy"). Your pronounciation is nearly perfect. But if you accentuate each word little bit more, it will sound better. I hope I can hear your new recording soon. Let me know if I can be of further assistance. By no means I am any better, but I would like to see you improve. That is the whole point of this website isn't it?

don't mean to be harsh, but still sounds a bit "flat" to me. intonation is off, and pronounciation is good but not crisp. you need to make each word clear, but they sort of blend in with the next word when you say them together fast. This causes "flat" sounding, like all asian language. I'm asian and I hate the asian accent. It doesn't sound good when combined with english.

Verygoodbut your recording facility is not good enough. It seems to me that there is some noise setting there. You can record another time if you like!
