Present perfect means something that is happening now, something you are doing now or something that has already been done without saying when. In a negative way...you simply reverse the idea.

Hi...Overcrazy could mean-Too crazy or Too excited. You could say... "I'm too-crazy about English!" or "I'm overcrazy about English". To be honest it is not a real word...It would be better to say- "I'm crazy about English!"...or..."I'm mad about English!".
